There'll always be someone in your sphere of interest and influence who could have much to teach you, regardless of their age. Don't wait, identify them, initiate a friendship with them, cultivate a learning relationship with them, get all you need to become a person of greater impact.
A wise [person] will hear and increase in learning, And a [person] of understanding will acquire wise counsel (Prov 1:5)
